Beliefs
Frank Butler Ministries believes the following:
Bible
The Holy Bible is the inspired infallible Word of God – 2Ti 3:15-16; 1Th 2:13; 2Pe 1:21.
God
There is one God eternally existent in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit – 1Jo 5:7-8.
Jesus Christ
He is God’s only begotten Son; we believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death on the Cross, the saving power of His shed Blood, His death, burial and resurrection from the dead, His ascension into heaven to the right hand of the Father, and His future return to earth in power and glory – Mat 1 – Rev 22.
The Church
Jesus Christ is the Head of His church which is made up of Christians worldwide – Col 1:18; Eph 1:22-23.
Ministries
Jesus gave the ministry gifts of the apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher to equip. edify, and unify His church (Act 8:5-17; Eph 4:11-13).
Sin
Everyone is born with a sinful nature and separated from God until they accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior – Joh 14:6; Rom 3:23; 6:23; 5:8-19; Mar 16:16.
Salvation
Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation. An individual must be born again to be saved – Joh 3:16; 3:2; 3:7; Joh 14:6; Act 4;12.
Water Baptism
All believers should be baptized in water – Mat 28:19-20; Mar 16:16.; Luk 3:21-22; Act 22:16;
Holy Spirit Baptism
All believers should seek the Holy Spirit baptism and exercise spiritual gifts – Mat 3:11; Luk 24;49; Act 1:4; 1:8; 2:4; 2:38-39; 1Co 12:1-31; Heb 2:4.
Healing
Divine healing is available to all who put faith in Jesus Christ – Mat 8:1-9:38; Mar 16:18; 1Pe 2:24; Jam 5:14-16.
Lord’s Supper
All believers should celebrate the Lord’s Supper regularly – Luk 22:19-20; 1Co 11:24-30.
Evangelism
Is the responsibility of every church and every Christian – Mar 16:15; Mat 28:19-20.
The Lord’s Return
Jesus Christ will return to earth to reign and to judge all people – Mar 16:16; 2Th 1:7-9; Rev 20:11-15; 21:8.
